The GES team brings experience, empathy, and insight to every student’s journey. Together, we make sure no detail is overlooked and every voice is heard.

Bridget Nelson

Bridget teaches AP History and AP Psychology at Whitney Young High School, a selective-enrollment public school in Chicago. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a Rochester, NY native, she has many years of experience guiding students through college essays and admissions. At GES, she focuses on essay development and practical support across the application process. Students appreciate her clear feedback, steady encouragement, and help finding a voice that sounds like their own.

Rowan Martey

Rowan first came to GES as a student, then returned as an intern, and now works on our team. She studies cognitive science with a film minor at Dartmouth College and works in a lab that explores decision making and possibilities in children. A competitive figure skater, she has placed in the top four at nationals for the last two years. On campus she serves as a tour guide and helps run Dartmouth’s admissions media page, speaking with prospective students about the application process. At GES, Rowan supports UC essays, activity lists, and practical peer feedback that helps students move forward.

Iris Junker (she/her)

Iris holds a BA from Oberlin College and recently completed a Fulbright fellowship in Taiwan. She spent 1.5 years with Elite Scholars of China helping students organize materials, refine essays and résumés, and build competitive applications. At GES, she focuses on application organization, research, and clear checklists that keep students on time. She speaks near-fluent Mandarin and has a strong interest in museums and art history. Iris lives in Chicago.

Reina Murillo González

Reina lives in Chicago and brings more than 20 years in administration, client success, and process improvement. At GES, she keeps operations organized and efficient so Cameron and the team can focus on students and families. She manages scheduling and billing, builds simple tools for tracking work, and structures resources so next steps are always clear. Known for learning new systems quickly and designing streamlined workflows, she reduces friction and keeps projects moving. As a parent who guided two children through college admissions, she understands the pressure points and makes the process easier to navigate.
