Bridget Nelson
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bridget currently teaches history and psychology at the AP level at Whitney Young High School, a selective enrollment high school in Chicago. She’s originally from Rochester, NY. Bridget brings many years of experience helping students with college essays and admissions. She helps with lots of things around GES, especially with essay development!
Rowan Martey
Rowan has had many roles at GES—first client, then intern, now team member! She is a 2026 graduate of Dartmouth College, a double major in cognitive science (studying time and memory) and film. She is a competitive figure skater, placing in the top 4 at nationals the last two years. Rowan was recently named a national champion for figure skating! While at Dartmouth, Rowan worked as a campus tour guide and helped manage Dartmouth’s admissions media page. At GES, Rowan helps with essay development and drafting (as well as some key behind-the-scenes tasks).
Esther Detweiler
A former GES client originally from Chicago, Esther is a rising sophomore at University of Michigan, a member of the LSA Honors College, and is considering double majoring in History and History of Art. Esther helps with many tasks at GES, with a special focus on activities and honors lists and supplemental essays.
Reina Murillo González
Reina is a business professional in the Chicagoland area with more than 20 years of experience in administration, client success, and process improvement. At GES, she works to keep systems organized and efficient so Cameron and the team can focus fully on students and families. She manages administrative processes, structures resources, and builds tools that simplify day-to-day operations. Reina brings both structure and care to her work, making the student experience seamless and allowing students to concentrate on preparing for their next chapter in college.
